Our bootcamp is a
28-day transformation designed to fortify you from the inside out. We’re sharpening your faith, discipline, and body through BUILTREADY’s five essential pillars:
- Holiness – We’re committing to read our Bible 5 days a week for the duration of this program to grow in our understanding of who God is, who we are, who Christ is, and our response. Includes daily companion videos to guide you.
- Hydration – We’re setting and hitting daily water intake goals for better energy, focus, and recovery.
- Rest – We’re committing to a daily rest goal, prioritizing recovery so our body and mind can function at their best.
- Workouts – 4x per week weight training program, built for all levels—from beginner to advanced. Includes training videos to teach proper form and maximize results.
- Nutrition – We’re fueling our bodies for strength and recovery.
The BUILTREADY Bootcamp is NOT some influencer fitness program. Because NO influencer is telling you this:
