Today’s Workout:

*Leg Extensions 4 sets of 15 reps

(increase in weight from 1/9/2020)

*Narrow Stance Leg Press 5 sets of 30, 25, 20, 15, 10

(each set should build in weight, increase in weight from 1/9/2020)

*Narrow Stance Heels Elevated Sissy Squats 5 sets of 12 reps

(place your heels on 10lb plates 10 inches apart, slowly squat placing all the tension on the quad muscles going as deep as you possibly can, if your knees hurt doing this start with just bodyweight and trust the process, gradually increase weight as you can, use a       smith machine if need be, increase weight from 1/9/2020)

*Short Stride Walking lunges 12:00
