BUILTREADY, LLC MEMBERSHIPS & PRODUCT REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

We strongly believe in our services and want you to be fully satisfied with your membership with us. This is the reason we provide a 100% satisfaction guarantee.

What it is not:

Requesting a refund should not be your scapegoat for not using the program. Harsh? Maybe. It is our belief that when you financially invest in yourself, you are far more likely to utilize the tools made available to you. Our tools have been developed to enable you to take control of your lifestyle, mentality, and self-confidence. We have developed a system to educate YOU to create sustainable results - but the first step starts with you.

 

Monthly Recurring Memberships:

We offer a 5-day satisfaction guarantee on the BuiltReady Monthly Membership offered at www.weightlosshero.com. If you are not fully satisfied with your BuiltReady monthly membership, you must contact us (via email) within 5 days of your initial registration to request a refund.  This guarantee only applies to membership services.

To cancel your membership, simply email: support@builtready.com. All cancellation requests must be received at least 48 hours before your monthly membership is set to renew.

 

6-Month Memberships:

We offer a 5-day satisfaction guarantee on our BuiltReady 6-Month Membership offered at www.weightlosshero.com. If you are not fully satisfied with your BuiltReady 6-month membership, you must contact us (via email) within 5 days of your initial registration to request a refund. This guarantee only applies to membership services.

Yearly Memberships:

We offer a 5-day satisfaction guarantee on our BuiltReady Yearly Membership offered at www.weightlosshero.com. If you are not fully satisfied with your BuiltReady yearly membership, you must contact us (via email) within 5 days of your initial registration to request a refund. This guarantee only applies to membership services.

BuiltReady Unlimited 'Lifer' Memberships:

We offer a 5-day satisfaction guarantee on our BuiltReady Unlimited membership to allow you time to thoroughly comb through the entire program and decide that it's a great fit for you. Though we are convinced you will love it, we understand that we all have different needs and want you to do the best plan for you. BuiltReady Unlimited Memberships are eligible for refund, in full, as long as a request is received within 5 days of registering.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you wish to cancel your BuiltReady , LLC Membership subscription at any time, you must give us the following notice by submitting a cancellation request to us via our support email address to cancel your subscription.

For monthly Membership subscriptions, a cancellation request must be received twenty-four (24) hours prior to membership renewal. Memberships are renewed every 30 days after your initial purchase. To request a cancellation, send an email to: support@builtready.com.

Please Note: Membership to the BuiltReady Tribe Facebook Community is included with all monthly, yearly, and unlimited 'lifer' memberships. If, for any reason, you are removed from the group for any reason-a refund will not be issued.

PRODUCT RETURN POLICY

BuiltReady , LLC can accept returns of products or services purchased directly from weightlosshero.com, in accordance with the restrictions below. Although we strive to minimize process times, refunds may take up to one week to process once we receive all required information and products.

For all product returns, you must provide the original packing slip before we will consider reimbursement. In the event that you are returning a product to BuiltReady , LLC, you are solely responsible for shipping and tracking the return of that product. We encourage you to purchase tracking information for your own assurance. We do not process returns on products that have not been received.

Policy Restrictions (Applicable to All Returns)

 

  1. To be considered for a refund or exchange of products, the return must be requested within 7 days of receipt. To request a refund or exchange, please email support@builtready.com. Once the request is approved the item must be shipped within 7 days. In all cases, refunds will be made ONLY via the original form of payment. It may take up to one (1) billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.
  1. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
