Low-Carb Avocado Toast
Here’s my healthy low-carb take on avocado toast. Please try this. It’s just SO good!!
Ingredients for one:
-1 Outer Aisle cauli-thin
-1 slice of cheese (I love Colby Jakc)
-2 oz thinly sliced deli ham (I used Boar’s Head maple glazed honey coat ham)
-1 fried egg (I like mine over easy, but you can cook it however you like!)
-1 oz avocado-slice it super thin so you can cover more of the toast
-Salt! Salt the avocado and egg to give it flavor! You could also add ‘everything-but-the-bagel’ seasoning on top for an extra kick!
Directions:
1. Get excited, this is simple to make
2. Toast the cauli-thin for just a few minutes. I use an air fryer at 400 degrees, but you could do an oven or a toaster
3. While that’s toasting, cook your fried egg over medium heat in a skillet until complete
4. Turn your air fryer off, but add the cheese so that it melts on
5. Layer the rest of your ingredients

A note: if you are still counting net carbs and net calories and are struggling to lose weight…I would suggest you stop. Another video coming on that later!
