Classic Caesar Dressing

As a mom of six, I’m always on the lookout for healthy, delicious options for my family that are easy to prepare and can be used throughout the week. This homemade creamy Caesar dressing is my go-to for a fresh and clean alternative to store-bought versions. Made with simple, wholesome ingredients, it’s free from artificial additives and preservatives.

Perfect for drizzling over salads or using as a dip, this dressing is bursting with natural flavors like fresh garlic and zesty lemon juice. It’s quick to make, stores beautifully in the fridge, and elevates any meal with its rich, homemade goodness. Let’s whip up this delightful dressing and enjoy the clean, fresh taste all week long!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of Mayonnaise (try my easy homemade recipe HERE)
  • 1 tsp french dijon
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp anchovy paste
  • 1/2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Directions:

Combine Ingredients: In a medium bowl, add 1 cup of mayonnaise, 1 teaspoon of French Dijon mustard, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, 1 teaspoon of anchovy paste, and 1/2 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce.

Add Cheese and Garlic: Stir in 1/2 cup of freshly grated Parmesan cheese and 2 minced garlic cloves.

Season: Add 1/2 teaspoon of salt and 1/2 teaspoon of pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.

Blend: For an extra smooth texture, you can use an immersion blender or a food processor to blend the dressing until creamy.

Store: Transfer the dressing to an airtight container and store it in the refrigerator. It can be kept for up to one week.

Different Serving Ideas:
